CapitalMarketHub Wallet Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 8, 2024

Overview:

CapitalMarketHub Bermuda Technologies Limited (referred to as "CBTL", "we", "us", or "our") provides users with software services available via web browser and mobile app. These services include managing personal cryptocurrency wallets (both standard externally owned accounts (EOAs) and smart contract wallets), collectively called the CapitalMarketHub Wallet. With this Wallet, users can: 1. Store and manage their digital assets; 2. Use a built-in browser to connect to third-party decentralized applications (Dapps), including decentralized exchanges (DEXs); 3. View blockchain addresses and send transactions; 4. Trade on DEXs; 5. Use any new features CBTL adds over time. These Terms of Service govern how you use the Wallet and its services.

--- Accepting the Terms**

By selecting “Accept terms” or by using any part of the Wallet or its services, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Wallet. If you live in the U.S. or Canada, you also agree to the CapitalMarketHub Wallet Arbitration Agreement. This means: * Disputes must be handled through arbitration or small claims court, not through general court. * You give up your right to join a class action lawsuit or have a jury trial.

--- Privacy

Review the CapitalMarketHub Wallet’s Privacy Policy to understand how your personal information is collected, used, and shared. If you are not a resident of the EEA (European Economic Area), you agree that your use of the Wallet is governed by the Privacy Policy and that your information may be processed accordingly.

--- Changes to Terms or Services

CBTL may update these Terms at any time. If that happens, you will be informed through the Wallet, website, or another method. Once the new Terms are posted, they take effect immediately. If you continue using the Wallet, you accept the new Terms. If not, you must stop using the services. CBTL also reserves the right to change or stop offering any part of the services at any time.

--- Who Can Use the Wallet

You are eligible to use the Wallet if: * You are at least 18 years old; * You are not banned from using such services under local laws.

--- Creating and Managing Your Account

To use the Wallet, you’ll need to create an account. You are responsible for: * Keeping your account login details private; * Informing CBTL if you suspect unauthorized access or security issues (e.g., fraud or hacking); * Providing accurate and current information during and after registration. CBTL can suspend or delete your account if you break these Terms or submit false information.

--- Security: Recovery Phrase and Passkeys

You're fully responsible for keeping your **Recovery Phrase** (12-word key used for EOAs) and **Passkeys** (used for smart contract wallets, such as those stored in iCloud or Google accounts, or hardware devices like YubiKeys) safe. If you lose access to these, **you will not be able to retrieve your digital assets**. CBTL **does not store** this information and cannot recover it for you. You agree that CBTL and its affiliates are not liable for any loss resulting from misplaced or stolen Recovery Phrases or Passkeys.

--- Feedback

CBTL welcomes feedback and suggestions. By submitting ideas or comments, you grant CBTL a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, adapt, and share your feedback for any purpose without compensation.

Ownership of Digital Assets

You fully own and control any digital assets in your Wallet. CBTL does **not** take custody of your funds. You bear all the risk if your digital assets lose value or are lost. You may transfer your assets at any time, though access may be affected by outages or service disruptions.
